I’d actually planned to dive instead of jump - but diving seemed just too scary.
I don’t know what I was scared of but I was definitely scared - even after I’d worked out that diving was safe.
So after a few seconds of feeling fear I decided to force myself to dive.
It was scary and amazing. As soon as I surfaced I felt exhilarated, relieved and proud of myself
In a tiny way that little dive - despite feeling scared - was a reminder to me of the need to keep fighting irrational fear. Fear and under-confidence in business and life limit progress, prosperity and fulfilment.
So long as the situation is safe then fear alone should never be barrier to doing anything!
