When it comes to starting and running a business there are so many questions people have. The landscape changes so quickly and everyone seems to have an opinion on the best ways to run one.

I was having a chat to a local businesses owner Mike the other day and we were talking about getting started up in business etc. Mike asked me for some tips for success. Based my own successes and failures I know that setting clear goals and sharing them is the best way to head to personal achievement and prosperity.

A Goal Without A Deadline Is Just An Idea.

A 'goal' that hasn't been shared is just a dream.

The trick is to make yourself accountable for delivering your goal and using that pressure to achieve success. Politicians don't set real goals - that's because they don't want to be accountable. It's also why they almost never achieve anything.

I am going to be doing a full series of these so if you would like to know anything, just ask below!
